What I like about this item, its the convenience of having my lunch in my office and not having to wait for the microwave to be free during lunch time.. I just plug it in when I know its almost time for lunch and let my food warm up.. the one thing I do not like it's the cord is way to short so I have to place it on the floor until I get an extension cord.

I purchased two, mainly as floor covering to help my senior dog with traction. I didn't want to spend a lot of money given the purpose, and was pleased to find that they work really well for this. However, I did try using one for my yoga sessions on a few occasions. Compared with other yoga mats this one is thicker, and a bit too soft/cushion-y for my liking. I prefer a thinner mat that provides more stability and better grip for my feet.

Great for yoga or regular workouts. On the thicker side, so if you like your yoga mats thinner, this one is not for you. It is a little squishy and that can make one legged moves a little difficult, but since I don't like to do those anyways it is not an issue for me.

Great yoga mat for a beginner such as myself who doesn't want to spend a lot on equipment. The mat itself is very thick and provides great support. The carrying strap is a little flimsy, but it gets the job done.

This is comfy and a great mat DOESN’T smell like some exercise mats do

I love this mat. No issues with slipping. It's thick enough that I'm comfortable using it on the floor. I know some people mentioned a smell, just smells like new rubber to me. So I think that may just be up to a person's sensitivity. Disclaimer, I use my mat for basic level yoga and currently prenatal yoga. So I don't get incredibly sweaty on mine, so I cannot commit on that. But for what I need it for, it's been perfect. I also saw reviews about it getting torn up easily from dog nails, that is true. My large dogs frequently want to "help" and walk over it. It's gets tiny nicks that will eventually grow. But I expect to get at least 2 to 3 years out of this product, so I'm not too concerned.
